All jewellery purchased from CTS50.com is non-returnable. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund, replacement, or store credit, except where a remedy is required under applicable law or where CTS50.com determines that the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

2. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Size or fitting preference
Personal style preference

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

Complete unboxing video (without any cuts or edits)
Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Order number
Contact details

After verification, our team will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our policy and applicable law.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, packed, or shipped.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Cancellation requests will be considered only if the order has not yet entered processing or dispatch.
